Job Summary

To support a growing remote-first company, the full-time Technical Recruiter will manage full-cycle recruiting across engineering, sales, and implementations, focusing on sourcing, screening, and improving recruitment processes.

Key responsibilities

• Run full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, scheduling, and supporting offers through close
• Fill candidate pipelines using cold outreach, referrals, and events while partnering with hiring managers to define exceptional candidate profiles
• Track pipeline metrics and report on recruitment effectiveness while ensuring a positive candidate experience

Required qualifications

• Strong writing skills for creating job descriptions, reports, and internal documentation
• Demonstrated interest in people, including skills in persuasion and advocacy
• Proven ability to handle high throughput in previous roles, such as customer service or sales
• Ability to learn quickly and effectively, with evidence of past performance and results
• Experience in recruiting, sales, or fintech is a plus
