Job Summary
Seeking a part-time Contract Technical Recruiter, the successful candidate will manage the full-cycle recruitment process for high-priority technical roles, partnering with hiring managers and utilizing advanced sourcing techniques in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Source, screen, interview, and close qualified candidates for technical positions such as Software Engineering and DevOps
- Collaborate with engineering leaders to understand technical requirements and align on evaluation criteria
- Maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and provide regular progress metrics to leadership
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a Technical Recruiter with a proven track record in filling complex engineering roles
- Deep understanding of modern tech stacks, including cloud computing and DevOps pipelines
- Proficiency with major Applicant Tracking Systems and advanced boolean search techniques
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Computer Science, or a related field
