Job Summary
To support talent acquisition goals, the remote contract Talent Acquisition Technical Recruiter will manage the full-cycle recruiting process, develop position-specific strategies, and partner closely with hiring leaders to attract high-quality talent.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process with a focus on candidate experience and Hiring Manager partnerships
- Develop and execute tailored recruiting strategies based on business needs and labor market trends
- Leverage AI-enabled tools and advanced sourcing techniques to build candidate pipelines and improve recruiting workflows
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 5 years of recruiting experience, particularly in technology
- Experience as a consultative Talent Acquisition partner to Hiring Managers
- Familiarity with AI-enabled recruiting workflows
- Strong understanding of current business trends and labor markets
