Technical Recruiter
Job Summary
To support an elite management consulting practice, the long-term contract Technical Recruiter will drive full life-cycle recruitment, leveraging advanced sourcing techniques and AI tools while building strong partnerships with practice leaders in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding, including passive sourcing and interview coordination
- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques to build pipelines of elite technical and consulting talent
- Provide strategic guidance and market intelligence to hiring managers, ensuring alignment with recruitment processes
Required Qualifications
- 5-7+ years of full life-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in an agency or professional services environment
- Strong technical recruiting background with the ability to manage diverse skill sets and complex requests
- Proven expertise in sourcing GenAI, LLM, and NLP specialists with experience in prompt engineering
- Hands-on experience with modern Applicant Tracking Systems, with a preference for Workday
- Minimum educational requirement of a High School Diploma or equivalent
