Technical Recruiter

Job Summary

Seeking a part-time Technical Recruiter, this role will manage full-cycle recruiting for technology departments, including Software Engineering, Data, Product Management, and Product Design, by sourcing, screening, and closing candidates while fostering strong relationships with hiring managers.

Key responsibilities:

• Own full-cycle technical recruiting, managing sourcing, screening, and closing for open roles across the tech team
• Source creatively by developing proactive strategies to find high-caliber technical talent beyond inbound applicants
• Build and maintain talent pipelines and nurture campaigns to establish warm relationships with strong candidates

Required qualifications:

• 4+ years of technical recruiting experience in in-house or corporate roles
• Proven success sourcing for complex technical roles, including software engineering, data/analytics, and product design
• Strong network of technical talent built throughout the career
• Experience with data and pipeline metrics to inform sourcing strategies and process improvements
• Preferred experience with Greenhouse ATS and in startup or healthcare recruiting environments
