Technical Recruiter

Job Summary

To support a growing People Operations team, the full-time remote Technical Recruiter will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical positions, partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, and develop creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent in the federal government contracting space.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including candidate screenings, interviews, and offer acceptance
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to build and maintain pipelines of qualified technical candidates
• Maintain accurate candidate records and support the refinement of recruiting processes and metrics

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 4-6 years of technical recruiting experience in the federal government contracting space
• Experience recruiting for roles in DevSecOps, software development, cloud, and IT operations
• Familiarity with talent acquisition best practices and federal government contracting processes
• Experience managing ATS platforms and sourcing tools to track candidate pipelines
