Job Summary
Owning the end-to-end technical hiring process, the full-time remote Technical Recruiter will collaborate with the CTO and engineering leads to define role requirements, build candidate pipelines, and enhance recruitment marketing efforts.
Key responsibilities
- Define role requirements and present well-calibrated candidate slates
- Map talent across relevant industries and build pipelines through outreach and community engagement
- Run a rigorous interview process and structure offers while tracking funnel metrics for continuous improvement
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, preferably in high-growth startups
- Proven success in hiring niche technical talent, with demonstrable results from outreach
- Strong technical literacy in infrastructure, distributed systems, and developer tooling
- Experience with Ashby
- Based in the US or Canada
