Technical Recruiter

Job Summary

Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Technical Recruiter will develop and maintain a high-quality talent pipeline for government contracts, partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, and enhance external branding efforts to attract top IT talent.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract high-quality IT professionals for government contracts
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to screen candidates for technical qualifications and compliance with government contracting requirements
• Drive external branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice in the GovCon IT space

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in IT sourcing or recruiting within the government contracting space
• Proven ability to source and engage both active and passive candidates
• Strong understanding of government contract hiring processes and compliance requirements
• Extensive knowledge of IT roles, technologies, and certifications
• Experience with ATS and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and ClearanceJobs
