Job Summary
Seeking a high-caliber Technical Recruiter to work full-time remotely, who will proactively source and manage recruitment for AI/ML engineers, robotics engineers, and other technical talent while partnering with engineering leaders to meet hiring needs in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Proactively source and maintain pipelines of high-caliber technical talent through various methods
- Own full-cycle recruiting for technical roles, including sourcing, screening, and closing candidates
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and improve recruiting processes
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of proven technical recruiting experience, particularly in AI/ML and related fields
- Demonstrated success in closing highly technical hires consistently
- Strong sourcing capabilities using platforms like LinkedIn and GitHub
- Experience working directly with engineering leaders and founders
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment with evolving priorities
