Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring leaders to influence role requirements and develop aligned recruiting plans
• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, including intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing
• Implement innovative sourcing strategies to identify and attract top engineering talent
