Job Summary
To support a growing recruitment team, the full-time Virtual Technical Talent Acquisition Partner will manage the full cycle recruitment process for technical roles, connecting diverse candidates with job opportunities while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Identify and attract top technical talent, matching their skills to relevant job openings
- Consult with clients on their talent needs and provide exceptional service throughout the hiring process
- Develop authentic relationships with candidates and clients to enhance loyalty and engagement
Required qualifications:
- Associate's Degree or higher
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in contingent workforce programs or vendor management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including advanced Excel skills
- Ability to research and implement solutions based on data analysis
- Self-motivated with strong interpersonal and communication skills
