Required qualifications
- At least 4 years of recruiting experience, with a minimum of 2 years in technical recruiting at high-growth startups
- Proven track record in full-cycle recruiting for technical roles, including sourcing and offer negotiation
- Resourceful and autonomous, with the ability to make decisive hiring decisions
- Experience in role scoping and providing feedback on candidate fit
- Exceptional communication skills to engage effectively with candidates and leadership
