Job Summary

A company is seeking a Temporary Technical Recruiter with experience in high-volume technical recruitment for various departments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage full life cycle technical recruitment for engineering, product, data, finance, operations, and sales roles
  • Establish and maintain interview structures and processes to ensure consistency and quality
  • Proactively source and engage top talent, utilizing strategies to attract candidates
Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a technical recruiter, preferably supporting a distributed team
  • Proficiency in utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS systems, such as Lever
  • Constant learner, always seeking to improve sourcing strategies and interview training
  • Strong interpersonal and consultative skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and locations
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
