Technical Recruiter (Clearable for Secret)

Job Summary

To support a growing talent acquisition team, the full-time remote Technical Recruiter (Clearable for Secret) will manage the entire recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates for technical and cleared positions while building relationships with hiring managers.

Key responsibilities

• Independently run the full recruiting toolkit, managing a caseload of full-cycle requisitions across various technical and cleared complexities
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with hiring managers, providing market feedback and pipeline updates
• Lead at least one defined project or initiative beyond the regular requisition load each year

Required qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in full-cycle recruiting for technical and cleared roles
• Working knowledge of the federal clearance process, including Top Secret/SCI and polygraph-level searches
• Proven track record of gaining hiring managers' trust and acting as a partner in the recruitment process
• Experience in proposing or implementing improvements beyond individual requisition responsibilities
• Active interest and specific examples of actions taken to build diverse candidate pipelines
