Job Summary

Owning the full-lifecycle recruiting process, the full-time Technical Recruiter, Federal Programs will deliver cleared and clearable technical talent for Department of Defense and federal civilian programs, working remotely while collaborating with hiring managers to build proactive talent pipelines and ensure compliance with federal contractor obligations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for roles supporting DoD and federal programs, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews
• Lead intake meetings with hiring managers to define job requirements, success criteria, and timelines for open requisitions
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to build pipelines of active and passive cleared candidates through various channels

Required qualifications

• At least 3 years of recruiting experience, including 1 year focused on cleared talent for federal or DoD contractors
• Strong understanding of military and intelligence community environments, security clearance processes, and DoD technical certification requirements
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and sourcing techniques such as Boolean and X-ray searches
• Knowledge of OFCCP and federal contractor hiring compliance requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
