Technical Recruiter III
Job Summary
Working remotely from any U.S. location, the full-time Staffing Technical Recruiter III will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and providing qualified candidates for technical roles while promoting the employer brand through networking and community engagement.
Key responsibilities:
- Edit, review, and post technical job descriptions while sourcing candidates from niche platforms
- Conduct pre-screening calls and interviews using various methods to assess candidate abilities
- Coordinate with IT team leaders to forecast hiring needs and maintain recruiter coverage
Required qualifications:
- Minimum of 6 years of proven work experience as a Technical Staffing Recruiter
- At least 2 years of experience as a Technical Recruiter in a staffing or agency environment
- Hands-on experience with various interview formats and the ability to train others
- Strong familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and sourcing techniques
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience
