Job Summary
To support a growing manufacturing team, the full-time Technical Recruiter, Manufacturing will manage full-cycle hiring for various roles across two sites, focusing on building a talent pipeline and scaling operations while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Own full-cycle hiring for manufacturing, industrial, quality, tooling, and production roles at both sites
- Develop a deep understanding of manufacturing processes to effectively evaluate candidates
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline in Northwest Arkansas through community partnerships and local programs
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, particularly in manufacturing or hardware environments
- Experience with factory launches, production ramps, or high-growth hardware settings
- Ability to source talent from diverse industries such as automotive, EV, and consumer hardware
- Familiarity with the Northwest Arkansas manufacturing talent market is a plus
- U.S. citizenship or lawful permanent residency required due to ITAR regulations
