Job Summary

To support engineering recruitment efforts, the full-time remote Technical Recruiter - Engineering will collaborate with managers to understand job requirements, develop sourcing strategies, and manage the full recruitment lifecycle for engineering positions.

Key responsibilities

• Work with hiring managers to clarify job duties and required skills during intake meetings
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract candidates and maintain strong relationships with client leaders
• Review resumes, prepare candidates for interviews, and extend offers of employment in accordance with client policies

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 6 years of directly related experience, or additional experience in lieu of degree
• 2-5 years of solid recruiting experience in Electrical, Mechanical, Software, or Systems engineering
• Proven ability to manage high-volume recruiting and maintain accurate documentation in an applicant tracking system
• Experience with full life-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, assessing candidates, and compliance
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new recruiting processes and techniques
