Technical Recruiting Manager
Job Summary
Leading a full-desk rotational program, the remote Technical Recruiting Manager will manage the entire staffing cycle, including sales, candidate recruitment, and placement, while training and mentoring the recruiting team.
Key Responsibilities
- Train, coach, and mentor recruiting team members through hands-on recruiting activities
- Own the full staffing cycle, including business development, candidate recruitment, and closing placements
- Develop key performance indicators (KPI) for the recruiting team and ensure adherence to processes
Required Qualifications
- 6-10 years of professional recruiting experience in the technical staffing industry
- Agency recruiting or agency sales background is essential
- Experience in drafting and submitting proposals for candidates to clients
- Ability to work a minimum of 50 hours per week
- US Citizenship or Green Card Holder status required
