Technical Release Coordinator

Job Summary

Managing technology releases across multiple teams, the full-time remote Technical Release Coordinator will coordinate release schedules, facilitate planning meetings, and oversee deployment communications while ensuring proper testing and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate regularly scheduled releases, out-of-cycle deployments, and emergency fixes across multiple teams
• Facilitate release-planning meetings to determine scope, sequencing, timelines, dependencies, and deployment requirements
• Establish release-readiness criteria and track projects through the change-ticket lifecycle

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• More than five years of technology experience, including one to four years of relevant experience coordinating projects or software releases across multiple teams
• Experience managing releases of varying size, scope, complexity, and business impact
• Knowledge of the software development lifecycle and experience with change management processes
• Hands-on software development experience using object-oriented programming concepts
