Technical Research Administrator

Job Summary

To ensure accurate content for customer-facing applications, the remote Technical Research Administrator will manage regulatory updates, create compliance documentation, and provide escalated support while collaborating with internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Track regulatory updates and communicate changes through revised reference materials
• Research regulatory requirements and maintain detailed business and compliance documentation
• Perform manual and automated QA to verify research and confirm business rules

Required qualifications

• Associate degree or vocational training in business, computers, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• 3+ years in technical application support, total loss research, or a comparable role
• Advanced Excel skills, including writing complex formulas and light SQL experience
• Strong research skills and exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities to meet deadlines
