Technical Sales Support Specialist

Job Summary

Delivering advanced support to the sales organization, the full-time hourly Technical Sales Support Specialist will apply technical product knowledge and analytical skills to enhance sales effectiveness, streamline processes, and provide exceptional service to customers and distributor partners in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide specialized technical product expertise and support for sales channels, including the development of accurate quotations and resolution of service issues
• Analyze business and sales data to identify trends and recommend improvements that drive operational effectiveness and sales growth
• Create and deliver timely reports and insights to strengthen distributor relationships and support commercial sales initiatives

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (minimum 5 years for level III and 7 years for level IV)
• Strong understanding of welding procedures and processes
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and organization
• Ability to work independently with accountability and consistent follow-through
• Strong understanding of the organization structure, product portfolio, and customer base
