Technical Scrum Master with Python

Job Summary

Leading Agile delivery for mission-focused, AI-enabled software products, the full-time Technical Scrum Master with Python will serve as the Scrum Master and Agile delivery lead while providing part-time Python development support in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, remove delivery impediments, and coach teams to enhance performance and continuous improvement
• Coordinate dependencies and risks across teams while ensuring Agile practices are consistently applied in alignment with SAFe principles
• Contribute hands-on Python development for automation, APIs, and data-processing utilities based on sprint priorities and team capacity

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Data Science, or a related field, or four years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
• Minimum four years of experience as a Scrum Master in a SAFe Agile environment
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe delivery principles and practices
• At least two years of hands-on Python development experience with proficiency in object-oriented programming and REST APIs
• Experience supporting cross-functional teams including Product Owners, engineers, and data scientists in enterprise environments
