Job Summary
Working remotely, the full-time Technical Services Advisor will partner with clients to understand their technical needs, support Solumina implementations, and maintain system stability while delivering training and ongoing client support.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with clients and Business Service Consultants to understand technical needs and support Solumina implementations
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues to maintain system stability and performance while delivering training to client teams
- Coordinate with project teams to plan and execute tasks, creating and maintaining technical documentation
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or equivalent experience
- 2-5 years of experience in software development, technical consulting, or system integration
- Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, Spring, Hibernate, REST APIs, and microservices
- Experience with Oracle, SQL Server, and database fundamentals
- Familiarity with SDLC, Agile methodologies, and integration design
