Job Summary
To support client implementations, the full-time salaried Technical Services Consultant will provide consulting services, manage multiple export file projects, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Provide consulting services to clients and translate their requirements into flat file specifications
- Manage internal and external stakeholders to achieve export file deliverables while identifying and communicating risks
- Analyze export files and troubleshoot issues to determine appropriate actions for resolution
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in Human Capital Management consulting
- Strong client relationship skills and ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
- Experience leading client workshops and effectively communicating technical concepts
