Technical Services Engineer
Job Summary
To support the Onshape Strategic Technical Services team, the full-time Technical Services Engineer will master the product, deliver exceptional demonstrations, and collaborate with sales and customer success teams to build and maintain client relationships, all while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Master the Onshape product and become an expert user
- Collaborate with the sales team to deliver engaging product demonstrations
- Act as a product expert, addressing customer inquiries and assisting in relationship building
Required Qualifications
- Experience with mechanical CAD software (e.g., Onshape, SOLIDWORKS, Autodesk Inventor)
- Proven experience in delivering product demonstrations
- Ability to troubleshoot complex customer requirements and engineering processes
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering, or a technical equivalent
