Job Summary
To spearhead enterprise-level SaaS deployments, the full-time Technical Solution Architect and Implementation Lead will manage client-facing projects focused on the Qualtrics ecosystem, translating complex business objectives into scalable data architectures and automated workflows while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable Qualtrics solutions by understanding client business goals and managing complex data integrations
- Lead enterprise-level SaaS platform implementations, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
- Consult with clients to gather requirements, present technical solutions, and educate them on best practices for using Qualtrics effectively
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in leading complex technical programs, preferably in a services company or SaaS environment
- BA/BS in Experience Design, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in Qualtrics CoreXM, CustomerXM, EmployeeXM, or BrandXM modules
- Experience with APIs, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and familiarity with SQL or Python
- Strong project management and client relationship skills, with the ability to communicate technical details to non-technical stakeholders
