Technical Solution Director

Job Summary

As a fully remote Technical Solution Director, the successful candidate will collaborate closely with customers to understand their unique challenges and provide tailored technical solutions, while also supporting internal stakeholders in bid submissions and contract negotiations.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and present customized technical solutions that align with customer requirements and industry trends
• Manage the engagement process, including compiling and refining final solution documents and leading contract negotiations
• Collaborate with Technical Solutioning and Solutioning Managers to demonstrate the value of solutions to decision makers

Required qualifications:

• 5 years of experience in IT service management, IT sourcing, or IT strategy
• Expertise in IT organizational models, governance, and financing models
• Proven ability to design technical solutions based on customer needs and analyze complex problems
• In-depth understanding of IT domains such as infrastructure management, cloud computing, and cybersecurity
• Excellent customer and presentation skills
