Technical Solution Engineer
Job Summary
Acting as a core builder and technical solutions architect, the full-time remote Technical Solution Engineer will tackle complex operational problems, assess customer infrastructure, and rapidly prototype solutions that demonstrate tangible value while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Provide expert pre-sales technical support for complex hardware and software deployments across customer environments
- Spend the majority of working time on hands-on technical tasks, including building rapid prototypes and automating processes
- Analyze customer operations to uncover new value and validate technical feasibility through Proof of Value (POV) documentation
Required qualifications
- Prior experience in solutions engineering, technical consulting, or technical pre-sales with knowledge of networking products
- Strong hands-on experience with Python for software prototyping and automation workflows
- Solid understanding of mathematical modeling, machine learning algorithms, and practical AI tooling
- Proven ability to analyze complex data sets and implement practical solutions
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience); advanced technical degree is a plus
