Job Summary
Leading the strategic design and architecture of customized solutions, the full-time Technical Solutions Architect will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure robust and scalable implementations that meet client needs, all while working in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Design and architect customized solutions that align with client objectives and integrate with existing systems
- Determine infrastructure requirements and maintain overall solution architecture principles to ensure scalability and performance
- Provide technical expertise during pre-sales and post-sales processes, including conducting demos and assisting with technical queries
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as Computer Science, Data Analytics, or Engineering
- Prior experience in complex, cross-functional enterprise software implementations
- Related product experience and a strong technical background
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for conveying technical concepts clearly
- Proficient with G-Suite or related software and technically curious about complex systems
