Technical Solutions Consultant
Job Summary
Serving as the primary technical contact for clients, the full-time Technical Solutions Consultant will provide expert guidance on advertising technology solutions, troubleshoot technical issues, and support clients in implementing best practices in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Act as the primary technical point of contact for external clients and internal partners
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to ads measurement and delivery tooling
- Provide best-practice guidance on implementing and maintaining client advertising solutions
Required qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in the Digital Advertising and/or Technology industries
- Expertise in technical troubleshooting across the client Advertising ecosystem (e.g., Graph API, Ads Manager, Conversions API)
- Demonstrated customer-facing experience with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Experience with web technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and HTTP
- Fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese
