Technical Solutions Engineer
Job Summary
Supporting and enhancing technology solutions, the full-time remote Technical Solutions Engineer will troubleshoot complex technical issues, maintain engineering systems, and work across various software applications and data platforms to deliver scalable solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Troubleshoot production and development issues across software applications, data systems, and integrations
- Maintain and troubleshoot data warehousing, analytics, and reporting systems, including SQL-based analysis and Power BI support
- Utilize AI-enabled tools for code analysis, debugging, and documentation while validating AI-generated outputs
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, data analytics, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering, data engineering, or a closely related technical role
- Strong SQL skills and experience troubleshooting data pipeline failures and data quality issues
- Practical experience in relevant programming languages such as Python, C#, SQL, or PowerShell
- Experience maintaining and troubleshooting Power BI reports and comparable business intelligence assets
