Job Summary
To support the implementation and optimization of healthcare IT solutions, the full-time remote Technical Solutions Engineer will analyze data, collaborate with stakeholders, and provide ongoing technical support to ensure client satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions related to healthcare data analytics
- Lead the implementation of healthcare IT solutions, ensuring successful deployment and integration
- Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting, acting as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and feedback
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field (Master's preferred)
- 4+ years of experience implementing and supporting healthcare IT solutions
- Proficiency in Unix, SQL, Python, or similar programming languages for data analysis and system support
- Familiarity with healthcare data standards and regulations such as HL7, FHIR, and HIPAA
- Solid understanding of healthcare industry workflows, standards, and regulatory requirements
