Technical Solutions Engineer
Job Summary
To support a growing healthcare intelligence platform, the full-time Technical Solutions Engineer will collaborate with clients to understand their workflows, implement data solutions, and serve as a technical expert on API and integration capabilities while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Join client calls to understand unique customer workflows and business requirements
- Collaborate with internal engineering teams to implement healthcare data into client systems
- Troubleshoot integration issues and provide timely resolution to customer technical challenges
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in solutions engineering, technical consulting, or other customer-facing technical roles
- Experience in writing SQL queries for data validation and troubleshooting
- Comfortable working with APIs and structured data formats (JSON, CSV, XML)
- Skilled at explaining complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Proactive in identifying opportunities for product improvements and technical automation
