Job Summary
Owning the technical experience of building on Polygon, the full-time Technical Solutions Engineer will manage API and integration documentation, support partner integrations, and lead signed partners through the go-live process in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Own the accuracy and clarity of API and integration documentation, ensuring it remains current
- Build quickstarts and sample code to enable independent developer integration
- Serve as the primary technical resource during sales conversations and partner integrations, documenting reusable solutions
Required qualifications
- Hands-on experience with US payments, including ACH, RTP, and wire transfers
- Experience leading customer API integrations at a payments, fintech, or financial infrastructure company
- Strong API and troubleshooting skills, including debugging webhooks and authentication
- Excellent technical writing skills for documenting complex systems for external developers
- Regular use of AI tools for building, documenting, and automating work
