Job Summary
Experienced in designing IT solutions, the full-time remote Technical Solutions Engineer will architect and propose customized technical solutions, conduct product demonstrations, and collaborate with the sales team to support enterprise customers across the US.
Key responsibilities:
- Design and propose customized technical solutions that meet client-specific requirements
- Conduct product demonstrations for prospective and existing clients, highlighting key features
- Collaborate with the sales team to manage all technical aspects throughout the sales process
Required qualifications:
- Minimum of 4+ years of technical experience in enterprise accounts
- Cloud experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
- Minimum of 3+ years designing and architecting IT solutions for enterprise accounts
- Experience in Linux administration and troubleshooting, preferably with Ubuntu or RedHat
- Comprehensive knowledge of the pre-sales process and customer use case definition
