Job Summary
To support a growing team, the full-time remote Technical Solutions Engineer will design and propose customized IT solutions, conduct product demonstrations, and collaborate with sales to ensure successful implementation for enterprise customers.
Key responsibilities
- Design and propose customized technical solutions that align with client-specific requirements
- Conduct product demonstrations for prospective and existing clients, showcasing key features
- Collaborate closely with the sales team on all technical aspects throughout the sales process
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 4+ years of technical experience selling into enterprise accounts
- Cloud experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
- Minimum of 3+ years designing and architecting IT solutions for enterprise accounts
- Experience in Linux administration and troubleshooting
- Ability to understand and shape client business objectives as a trusted advisor
