Technical Solutions Specialist
Job Summary
Providing advanced technical support and data management, the full-time remote Technical Solutions Specialist will troubleshoot complex issues, manage customer data, and collaborate with internal teams to enhance the Chemical Management platform.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver advanced technical support for the Chemical Management platform, investigating and resolving application and system issues
- Perform customer data management activities, including data imports, audits, and maintenance, using Microsoft Excel and SQL
- Collaborate with Product and Development teams to address system issues and contribute to platform enhancements
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Development, or a closely related technical field
- 3+ years of experience providing technical support for SaaS applications or enterprise software solutions
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis and manipulation of large datasets
- Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases
- Understanding of programming fundamentals with experience in languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript
