Job Summary
Supporting non-profit organizations, the full-time Technical Solutions Specialist I will gather business requirements, develop low-code/no-code applications, and create data visualizations to enhance operational efficiency in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather business requirements and support reporting, automation, and business intelligence solutions
- Develop and maintain low-code/no-code applications and workflows to improve operational efficiency
- Analyze data to create reports, dashboards, and visualizations that inform stakeholders about business performance
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- 2+ years of experience with business intelligence, reporting, data integration, and automation technologies
- 1+ years of experience in designing, developing, and maintaining reports and dashboards
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate
