Job Summary
To support a growing team, the full-time Technical Sourcer will own the top-of-funnel sourcing strategy for technical roles, utilizing AI tools to discover and engage exceptional talent in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies for niche technical roles across various disciplines
- Utilize AI sourcing tools to enhance discovery, outreach, and candidate engagement processes
- Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to refine candidate profiles and sourcing criteria in real time
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of technical sourcing experience, preferably in a high-growth startup environment
- Proficient with AI recruiting tools and automation, with a strong understanding of their applications
- Technically literate, capable of evaluating candidates based on their technical expertise
- Experience in building sourcing programs and workflows from scratch
- Familiarity with sourcing tools such as Ashby, Gem, and Juicebox
