Technical Sourcer
Job Summary
Partnering closely with HR and technical teams, the temporary Technical Sourcer will work remotely to generate a pipeline of qualified candidates for engineering roles, utilizing sourcing strategies and competitive intelligence to influence hiring decisions.
Key responsibilities
- Generate a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for engineering roles in collaboration with the recruitment team
- Advise and influence decision-making on technical talent needs using competitive intel and metrics
- Develop and manage sourcing strategies and pipelines while utilizing HRIS and ATS systems for performance tracking
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a technical sourcing environment, preferably in both corporate and agency settings
- Deep experience with LinkedIn Recruiter
- Strong relationship management and candidate management skills
- Ability to understand various technology stacks and their relevance to product lines
- Experience with tools like UKG/UltiPro, iCIMS, Greenhouse, or Lever is a bonus
