Job Summary
Partnering closely with HR and technical teams, the temporary Technical Sourcer will generate a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for engineering roles, utilizing sourcing strategies and tools while working remotely in Canada.
Key responsibilities
- Generate and manage a pipeline of qualified candidates for technical positions
- Advise and influence decision-making on technical talent using competitive intel and business metrics
- Implement effective sourcing strategies and manage sourcing plans for current and future staffing needs
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in technical sourcing within corporate and agency environments
- Deep experience with LinkedIn Recruiter
- Strong relationship management and candidate management skills
- Ability to understand various technology stacks and their relevance to product lines
- Familiarity with HRIS and ATS systems such as UKG/UltiPro, iCIMS, Greenhouse, or Lever is a bonus
