Technical Sourcer

Job Summary

To build the pipelines for Plaid's core Engineering and Data Science population, the full-time remote Technical Sourcer will manage top-of-funnel strategies, conduct talent research, and write personalized outreach to engage qualified candidates.

Key responsibilities

• Own top-of-funnel strategy and execution for technical requisitions across Software Engineering or Data Science
• Run talent research, including market maps and advanced boolean searches, to identify potential candidates
• Build diverse pipelines by design, ensuring inclusivity in outreach and candidate engagement

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of technical sourcing experience in a high-growth technology company
• Strong sourcing research techniques, including boolean and x-ray search, and experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and GitHub
• Demonstrated success in managing multiple technical searches in high-volume environments
• Genuine fluency in technical skill sets, with the ability to assess relevance from job specs and technical profiles
• Data discipline, using funnel metrics to inform sourcing strategies and pipeline management
