Technical Sourcer - Hardware

Job Summary

Working remotely on a six-month contract basis, the Technical Sourcer - Hardware will proactively identify and engage specialized engineering talent for hardware positions, collaborating closely with recruiters and hiring managers to develop effective sourcing strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement targeted sourcing strategies to build pipelines of highly specialized engineering candidates
• Utilize advanced sourcing techniques, including LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search, to identify and engage passive candidates
• Conduct initial candidate outreach and evaluate technical alignment before transitioning candidates to recruiters

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of technical sourcing or recruiting experience focused on hardware and engineering talent
• Strong understanding of hardware engineering concepts and terminology, including CAD and PCB design
• Proven ability to engage passive candidates for niche engineering positions
• Experience sourcing across various hardware engineering disciplines, such as mechanical and electrical engineering
• Proficiency with ATS tools, preferably Lever, and maintaining accurate sourcing pipelines
