Required qualifications
- Previous experience working on a coding benchmark or published research on AI for software/code generation at major conferences
- Extensive software engineering experience or a strong GitHub profile with open-source contributions
- Deep knowledge of agent harnesses and a passion for building software with agents
- Ability to operate in an ambiguous, fast-moving environment with substantial ownership
