Job Summary
To support customer relationships and product development, the full-time Member of Technical Staff will collaborate with stakeholders, write code, and implement customer-specific changes in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities

Required qualifications
- 5+ years in a role that combines engineering with cross-functional or customer-facing work
- Proficient in TypeScript/Node.js, capable of shipping features and debugging
- Demonstrated ability to identify product gaps from stakeholder conversations and drive resolutions
- Self-directed with experience working across teams with minimal oversight
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for collaboration with diverse teams
