Job Summary
Reporting to the Senior Manager of IS Business Application Development, the full-time remote Technical Supervisor, Business Applications will facilitate and monitor software development operations, provide IT solutions to enhance institutional efficiency, and support team management and onboarding processes.
Key responsibilities
- Facilitates and escalates operational software development work of application engineers
- Assists in maintaining on-call coverage and ensures adherence to team standards
- Leads projects and provides guidance on business application solutions to improve efficiency
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and/or relevant work experience
- 6 years of progressive work experience in IT or related field
- 1 year of management experience
