Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Support Engineer to handle escalated technical support cases for their product.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist customers with technical support issues via phone and email
  • Document and raise issues to the Development team, reproducing and troubleshooting problems
  • Investigate server alerts and collaborate with development to identify root causes and solutions

Required Qualifications
  • 5 years of experience in a technical support role
  • 4-year college degree preferred
  • 2 years of experience with enterprise Java preferred
  • 1 year of experience with Linux server background preferred
  • Virtual Machine management experience is a plus
