Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Support Engineer to handle escalated technical support cases for their product.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with technical support issues via phone and email
- Document and raise issues to the Development team, reproducing and troubleshooting problems
- Investigate server alerts and collaborate with development to identify root causes and solutions
Required Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in a technical support role
- 4-year college degree preferred
- 2 years of experience with enterprise Java preferred
- 1 year of experience with Linux server background preferred
- Virtual Machine management experience is a plus
