Technical Support Specialist

Job Summary

Providing technical support for customers' custom robotic welding and cutting systems, the hourly full-time Technical Support Specialist will manage incoming support inquiries, coordinate technical resolutions, and maintain detailed records while working remotely from Ohio.

Key responsibilities

• Handle incoming technical support calls, emails, and chats for internal and external customers
• Coordinate technical issues with appropriate resources for resolution and maintain communication with customers
• Generate knowledge content for external and internal use while facilitating coordination and documentation for repairs and rebuilds

Required qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial automation, integration, field service, or robotic arc welding
• At least 2 years of technical experience with ABB or Fanuc robot platforms
• Excellent electrical troubleshooting skills and experience with GMAW
• Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical prints
• Proficient in MS Office applications
