Technical Support Specialist
Job Summary
Providing technical support for custom robotic welding and cutting systems, the full-time hourly Technical Support Specialist will handle customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and support Field Service Technicians while working remotely from Ohio.
Key responsibilities
- Handle incoming technical support calls, emails, and chats for customers
- Coordinate technical issues with appropriate resources for resolution
- Generate knowledge content for external and internal use
Required qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial automation, integration, or robotic arc welding
- Minimum 2 years of technical experience with ABB or Fanuc robot platforms
- Excellent electrical troubleshooting skills
- Experience with GMAW and ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical prints
- PC literate in MS Office applications
